True chocolate lovers know well the delicate Belgian chocolate taste. And every ingredient for our Tsar Chocolate comes directly from Belgium.
With attention to every detail, our experienced chocolaters mix up every ingredient in a true chocolate synergy, which they manually tempere and pour into the unique 90-cm forms.
After that, the chocolate goes through a high-shear process, which takes all the air out and so its structure becomes soft and smooth. The next step is to cool it in a special tunnel where it stays for specific period of time.
At the finish, after detailed quality check they put each chocolate manually in its unique packaging.
